Exchanges and Returns Policy
• If you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at [email protected]
• Consumer must notify us within 7 business days after receiving item(s) or no exchange will be honored.
• *NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE*
• You may not return/exchange sale/clearance items or all items purchased with a promotional code or at a discounted price.
• All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items must be returned in same condition they were sent (no stains, alterations to the merchandise, etc.)
• If you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy
1. All bags such as travel bags, pencil pouches, and school bags may take between 2-4 weeks to receive between production and shipment as they are not manufactured in house.
2. All other product orders will be processed within 4 - 10 business days, excluding federal holidays (or unless otherwise specified in description of specific product).
3. Once an order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Orders will arrive between 2 - 7 business days (excluding federal holidays) once shipped.
4. Please note, it may take up to 72 hours for tracking information to be updated by USPS. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS International.
